1. Whip the cream using an electric mixer on high speed until it holds soft peaks. Add the tablespoon of granulated sugar and cinnamon and whip to combine.
2. Divide coffee and honey between 4 small mugs. Stir well to combine (you can skip the honey if you prefer). Stir in the whiskey. Gently spoon whipped cream over top and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
