Suspected Toxic Materials

With paper towel I wiped out cooking olive oil from inside the heavy quality 26cm Paderno pan after sautéing and the color of the pan transferred onto the paper towel. I felt suspicious that the dye can't be ok to ingest during cooking in the Paderno fry pan. I don't ever use high heat in pans with coatings so it isn't the reason. Otherwise pan's great for foods not sticking yet I don't trust it's not toxic to use.

Coating Flakes Off

I am always careful not to overheat the pan, I cook with soft utensils, and wash with a soft sponge, and yet the coating is already flaking off. I am so disappointed as the nonstick coating was one of the best I ever experienced, but it didn't last long at all. The handle is also perpetually loose, wobbles when you pick it up, and can't be tightened.

Don’t buy

Bad quality- warranty is scam. They always bring excuse of over heating pan. Terrible

Great pan - but can I get a lid for it?

I love this pan! I started using it about 2 months ago and it is non-stick heaven. So far it lives up to being the best non-stick pan I have ever used.

My only wish is for a lid! My kingdom for a lid!

Looks good until you start to use it.

Have a few frying pans from Paderno, the classic and the signature both stainless and non stick, as well a the cutlery. Copper colored cutlery faded within 2 years, made in china, the non stick lasts maybe a year before it becomes scratched to shreds (only use wood, plastic, and silicone utensils) also made in China, but the stainless steel are great, made in Canada
